This course will show participants how to identify and develop the leadership and communication skills necessary to be successful educators.
Course Objectives
Participants will discuss accountability, creative tools and performance measurements needed while being armed with the various techniques to engage in sound relationships with learners, colleagues, and the community.
Participants will discuss with time for Q&A’s and a final review of the following:
